At our e-commerce store, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that timely and reliable shipping is an essential part of this experience. Therefore, we have developed the following shipping policy to help you understand the shipping process and what you can expect from us.

Shipping Methods

For most destinations, we follow a one shipping method fits all approach to our customers, our standard shipping. What that does mean for you as a customer, is that we pick the best shipping method available based on product type, weight, size and country of destination. You don't have to choose the method, we do it for you. This default shipping method and corresponding estimated delivery time will be provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Fees

In order to have competitive pricing on our products, our shipping costs are not included in our product pricing. Therefor, we do charge shipping fees based on the product type, weight, size, and destination of the package. The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. However, please note that processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons. Processing time does not mean that we ship withing this given period, as we first have to manufacture your products.

Delivery Time

Delivery times will vary depending on the product type and your location. We partner with different print manufacturers and reputable shipping carriers in Europe to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website. A link to this track and trace information will be provided via email.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that we believe may be fraudulent or violate our shipping policy. We also excluded some countries from our list of accepted delivery destinations. Our latest rates and available countries are presented at our Shipping Rates section.
