What sizes are your posters available in?
Our posters come in three different sizes to suit your preferences: 21 x 30 cm (A4), 30 x 40 cm (A3), and 50 x 70 cm (B2). Whether you're looking for something compact or a larger statement piece, we have the right size for you. What are the specifications of the paper used for your posters?
Our posters are printed on 189 g/m² fibrous paper, sourced from Japan. This high-quality paper offers a light-absorbing matte finish that enhances the visual appeal of the design. It boasts a brightness of CIE(%) 100 and an opacity of 94%. We use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink, which is GREENGUARD Gold certified, to ensure vibrant and long-lasting prints.
Do you offer frames for your posters?
Absolutely! We offer wooden frames that are designed to perfectly complement your posters. Our frames feature an acrylite front for added protection and clarity. The black and white frames are crafted from ayous wood, while the oak frame is made from solid oak, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal. For your convenience, all frames come with hanging hardware included, and when you order a framed poster from us, it will arrive ready to hang and enjoy.
Why is there a white border around every poster?
We've chosen to include a 1 cm white border around each poster because we see it as a unique Pepperwall treatment that adds a special touch to our prints. It's a design choice we appreciate and believe enhances the overall aesthetic of our posters.

Are you planning to add borderless posters?
No, at this time, we do not have plans to offer borderless posters as part of our product offerings. Our current design includes a 1 cm white border, which we view as a distinctive aspect of our Pepperwall treatment.
Do you offer limited edition posters?
No, we currently do not offer limited edition posters. Since we operate on a print-on-demand basis, we do not maintain stock, including limited edition prints. However, it's possible that we may consider adding limited edition options in the future. Please stay tuned for updates on our offerings.
Can I order a custom-sized poster?

How are your posters packaged for shipment?
We take great care in packaging our posters to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Typically, posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure their safe delivery and to minimize the use of plastic caps. Framed posters receive extra protection by being wrapped in tissue paper to prevent scratches and are then enclosed in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap or a foam pouch. We are committed to using eco-friendly and recycled materials whenever possible.
Are my posters shipped together?
Normally, yes, your posters are shipped together. However, if you combine framed posters with non-framed posters in the same order, your products may arrive separately due to the different manufacturing times and packaging requirements. In a rare occasion we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately as well.
How should I treat my poster?
To ensure the longevity of your posters, do not display them in direct sunlight or outdoor environments. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading and damage to the artwork. Framing posters can be useful for extending their lifespan and preserving their quality.
Regularly dust your posters with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. This helps prevent the buildup of dust and keeps your artwork looking its best. While unpacking or handling your posters, it's ideal to use gloves to protect them from fingerprints and oils. While this practice may not be common, it can help maintain the quality of your artwork over time.
Can I purchase a digital download for personal printing?
We currently do not offer digital downloads; we only sell physical posters. But as a lot of our designs are freely available in the public domain, you'd probably can find them elsewhere for downloading purposes and do whatever you want with it.
Are there any copyright restrictions on your designs?
All our designs are either created in-house or licensed for use, so there are no copyright issues with our posters. A lot of are designs are available in the public domain. We are convinced that thanks to our experience in printing, packaging and logistics, we are able to provide the best quality of these posters in the world.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes and no, We do offer international shipping for our posters. We ship to most European countries, as well as to the US and Canada. A complete list of regions we ship to including rates is listed on this page. Please note that for wallpapers, we have a separate set of shipping rules and options.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you live and what product(s) you ordered. Usually we handle all of our orders within 1 - 2 business days. Apart from handling, we need some time for manufacturing as we print every order on demand. This normally takes up 3 - 5 business days. After production is ready, we ship immediately. Do you offer free shipping?
No, we do not offer free shipping. We aim to provide competitive pricing on our products, which we consider highly competitive. We do not profit from our shipping rates, which are calculated fairly based on the actual costs of shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed by our team. However, once your order enters the production phase, cancellation is no longer possible. If you do want to cancel for what resonss, please contact us as soon as possible via email by using the contact form.
Do you offer wholesale options and pricing?
No, we do not offer wholesale pricing as a standard option. However, if you are interested in placing large volume orders, please feel free to contact us, and we can discuss the possibility of accommodating your specific needs.
